→ History may be divided into three periods
→ Ancient Period is generally considered to be the period before the path country.
→ Arrival of the Turks in India.
→ Medieval Period is from the gaith century to the 18th century.
→ The arrival of the British to the shores of India
→The Modern Period is generally said to have Started in 18th century.
→ The modern area are industrialisation, wibanisa-tion, scientific, progress, colonisation, swift-transport and communication, democratic political systems, widespread literacy and large scale migration of people in search of new occupation.
